Yaz Pain
Yaz is known to cause a number of minor to serious side effects, many of which manifest themselves as some degree of physical pain. While mild Yaz side effects, such as bloating or vaginal discharge or breast tenderness, may be uncomfortable, the more serious side effects of Yaz typically cause more intense pain, which may last a lifetime.

- Fatigue

Yaz & Leg Cramps

- Inflammation in the affected leg, which may also affect the foot and/or ankle
- Redness and warmth at a particular site in the leg
- Cramping or a "charley horse" in the calf
- Pain throughout the leg, including in the ankle and/or foot
This leg pain can indicate the presences of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a condition in which blood clots significantly block the flow of blood in the body's deep veins (particularly in the legs). If left untreated, DVT can give rise to potentially fatal conditions, such as heart attack or stroke, if the blood clots make their way to the heart or brain.
Yaz Increased Breast Size & Breast Pain
This type of Yaz pain is a common, minor side effect of taking this medication. Due to the increase in hormones a woman is taking, her breasts may swell and, as a result, be tender. While this can be uncomfortable, it usually desists on its own as a woman's body becomes acclimated to taking these hormones. Women who find breast pain to be debilitating should talk to their doctor and consider finding an alternate form of contraception.
